Hallo zusammen,
da bloggen zum volkssport mutiert ist werd ich mal mitmachen. in diesem blog werd ich über 13 monate meine vorbereitung auf den ironman lanzarote dokumentieren. ich bin ein absoluter neuling auf diesem gebiet aber ich bin motiviert und werde durch einen sehr erfahrenen und erfolgreichen triathleten tatkräftige unterstützt.
nun zu meiner person:
ich heiss björn, bin 27 und eigentlich recht sportlich. habe immer irgendeinen sport getrieben. zur zeit fahr recht viel mtb, besonders downhill, also nicht gerade ein sport bei dem es um lange belastungen geht.
demnächst geht das training los. fahre zur zeit ein kestrel trithlon rad probe. in 2 wochen machen hier in bern die freibäder auf, das trifft sich sehr gut, da sie kostenfrei sind. am montag geh ich mir laufschuhe kaufen. ich denk dann kann das training beginnen.
